Artist Point Beaches & Cream Bongo's Cuban Cafe 50s Prime Time Cafe Garden Grill Grand Floridian Cafe House of Blues Narcoosee's Olivia's Cafe The Plaza Rose & Crown Tempura Kiku Whispering Canyon Cafe Yacht Club Galley Yachtsman Steakhouse Turf Club Bar & Grill Note that I'll likely be dining alone so take that into account when making your votes for me. Also, the DDE or DDP decision will be based on which restaurants I dine at, though I AM leaning toward booking the DDP and just using DDE to have a glass of wine with dinner so I can use 2 table service credits for someplace like the fabulous California Grill or Jiko. hehe ALSO, I will more than likley be using Disney transport on this trip while I stay at the Boardwalk Villas...

I think its a lot of fun and I've never had a bad meal there. Whispering Canyon was very tasty too. (All you can drink Milkshakes?!) I hear its normally very rowdy, which it was not when we were there. We're going to try breakfast there this next trip. ~Beth

I'm sure some people believe that you have to do this at least once in your life, but it might be more enjoyable in a group setting - as you really shouldn't be going for the food. And I know I'm offending some people, as I can see that a lot of folks truly love this place - it was a treat to watch my parents reminiscing and remembering their childhoods. Unless you have a great love of all things '50s, skip the Prime Time Cafe.

I have probably been to Prime Time about 10 times in the last 15 years - with a few 5 star visits, some 4's and 3's and one 1 -- However this is not unique to Prime Time... One of the few restaurants there I have yet to have a bad meal or bad service at is Cali Grill after 10-15 visits - however I know people I trust implicitly on these boards who have had less than stellar experiences there to.

The food at the Garden Grill is excellent. We had lunch there last month and it was out of this world. The catfish, steak and cornbread stuffing were exceptionally delicious. My adult nephews couldn't get enough. They definitely got their money's worth (and then some!) off that all-you-can-eat meal. I had the meatloaf at 50s Prime Time last month, and it was fabulous - I definitely wanted more.

Anyhow, yeah, ok, Plaza in for sure - I'll book an ADR tomorrow for one of my days there.

Sorry for hijacking your topic, Labuda -let's talk some more about food!!!!!< gladly accepted Nikki - we are usually on the same side of the coin and even when not were always civil - that just got out of hand for a few of us - I also apologize for anything I might have said to offend you also as I respect you a lot on this board. ... and although it was that thread ( which seemed to contain mulitple wedges for different posters) - it wasn't you who provided the proverbial last straw for me - but the time away allowed me to think - a lot... p.s. glad your recent trip was a good one ! I return in August returning thread to Ann.... now about that food....as Rachel would say - yummo
