Anyone have any insider info? I checked Anaheim Conventions info and it looked like a pretty slow weekend. Can't wait to go!

I was there last Saturday (2/27) and it rained on and off all day. The park was steady but certainly not crowded. Many rides were walk-ons or less than five-minute waits...especially earlier in the morning. Among them: Captain EO, Autopia, Pirates and much of Fantasyland. Nemo had the smallest line I have ever seen for that ride. >>but I really don't know what to think about Sunday and Monday.<< A friend of mine went Sunday (2/28) and it was very crowded. The weather was nice and SoCal AP's were not blacked out. In addition, people who stayed away on Saturday went on Sunday instead. There might be some more cheerleader competitions that weekend. Not sure about that. I would check. My advice is to go to Disneyland on Saturday and DCA Sunday. Leave Monday open to hit stuff you might have missed in previous days. Hit Disneyland right when they open and (if it is NOT raining) do all the rides that are outside (or partly outside): Autopia, Alice, Casey Jr, Storybookland, Small World...you get the idea. The reason is that some of those attractions could be shut down if the rain persists. Even if they aren't, the seats get WET! Alice, Teacups and Tarzan were closed due to the rain when I went. Autopia closed later in the day. As you know, much of Disneyland is indoors so the rain doesn't really affect you. If the rain really starts pouring down, these are the places I like to camp out and pass the time: Disneyland Railroad, Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln or (if you get desperate and are in Tomorrowland) Innoventions. Have a great time! Wear a hat and dress in layers. You will see many people wearing Mickey ponchos and they are not that expensive. You might bring an umbrella just in case.
