Like I've said on other boards, you don't have to spend a lot of money to produce great events or entertainment. Just hire the "right" people & be creative! What WDW does do is great for what it tries to create for Halloween. All Cypress Garden's did was create a big cheap & uncreative joke. And by the way WDW does have a haunted house, the Haunted Mansion. And it's the best there is!
