Th reason why streetcars were down for the 21, 22, and 23 were because of the fire and smoke inahlation. The only reasons streetcars would be down is: Track rehabilitation, air quality, high numbers of guests on Main Street USA, thunder, lightning, strong winds, slanted rain, earthquake, filming, etc. And they run until up to two hours before the first parade due to crowds on the burs of Main Street.
