    Well over a $100,000 - I worked at a bank and filled the ATM's many times and had a funny guy while subbing at the Palo Alto brach who liked to move money around (late 80's) and always moved it by cash...With all the forms for cash deposits over $10,000 I am sure his accountant loved him!!

Stores accepted their own charge card (none others), cash and checks. It was surreal counting all that money during the Christmas season. After a while I forgot about the actual amount - it was just some sort of task where my hands would get really dirty, lol.

It was just getting dark outside, the other party was counting out cash for me and I was double checking the count. I happened to look up and saw 2 guys looking through the window at us from outside. I said "oh @#$% !" I realized that I was now a target when I walked out. Fortunately my customer took measures to make sure I made it out OK. I was strict about a "no cash" rule from that day on.
