We came in on a Saturday and paid for one night stay, and had to fight for it when we returned to our room later that evening. It truely felt as if everyone at that hotel was against us. They even accused us of hopping the fence into the pool out of nowhere. And after we left, we found 8 extra fraudgulent charge attempts that they tried on our credit card. We contacted BestWesternCorp. a ton of times, and they did nothing. They were constantly on defense of there Hotel but said they could do nothing because they are independently owned. Right now I am in the procees of conatcting the CEO, but seeing how everyone else is in the whole company, I doubt he'll do anything for us except throw out acouple more excuses for us. This is not the first time within half a year we've had a problem with a BestWestern(this being the worst), we had another problem with one I beleive in Pasadena.

The credit card company will make the produce a signed reciept for your bill, and any other doc's they can come up with to support their charges.

Well, the 8 additinal charges have been taken off. But the charge for the one night that they stuck us with we want taken off because It was more than horrible. The only way were were able to stay in a room is by accupying one and not leaving. They even called the police on us that night which could do nothing because we had done nothing wrong and the police told us they could not get involved but hoped that we could work it all out.

Don't forget to report them to the BBB too.

I am/will, and I finally made a nice written report of EVERYTHING that happened. I dont want to be vengefull but I sure don't want that Hotel to prosper like that...So really I'm going to try my best to bring them down.

I said no way, we'll accept our cash back in the form of a check, so they finally did. It takes a whole lot of life to get a refund for anything less than murded at BestWestern.
