Trouble with Birthday registration

    Not everyone has online access, plus many countries are not eligible for pre-registration.

    You tried, and it didn't work... If they ask at the Ticket booths, just explain the situation.

We will be traveling from AZ and my birthday is Halloween, and I will be 50! The kids don't want us to go, they are teenagers and don't need us to do a Halloween thing and it's time I got to celebrate my birthday on the actual day! AND we are going the end of this month so it's not like we are leaving them out or anything.

    We have AP's so were getting the gift card (me) and the fastpasses (DH) and there was no problem, we just showed them our drivers license and voila :) It may have taken a few clicks more of the keyboard to enter our info but no problem.
