I can't speak for the couch, because when we were there in Sept. 2010, the couch "didn't work" so they brought us a fold-out bed, which was also a twin. Based on the size of the couch, I'll also guess its a twin equivalent. One adult slept in one of the bunks, but she is only 4'-10" so maybe not as big as most adults. But the beds will be fine for all ages. By the way, we loved the Kids Suite. Would stay there again , except I'll bring ear plugs. No one else had trouble with the freeway noise in my party of 5 except for me, but it kept me up and I'm a very light sleeper.
