When one takes a real hard look at the execution and design layout of California Adventure ... and then take a look at Walt Disney's Disneyland from a 1955 to mid sixties perspective ...there is a remarkable difference between both eras.

Now . . . well, you know.

This guy is just another in a long line. Did you see the line at the bottom regarding who he was? "Michael Linton is chairman of the division of music theory and composition at Middle Tennessee State University." That's a qualification to write about any of this stuff? I write stuff as long as that article in one post here, maybe two. So do you. Big deal. Some guy sends something in that knocks Disney and it gets published. If I had a nickel for every time that happened, I'd be able to afford to stay at the Grand Californian.

Far more appropriate for an informal BB post than a national publication.

And that inspired Circus area over where the Matterhorn is now - man the company knew EXACTLY what the public wanted. The parks are trial and error. They were in 1955 and they are in 2001. You give the public what you think they want, then you adapt and evolve over time. Walt was a genius but he wasn't perfect, and he had blunders as well as successes.
