Bring layers and ponchos or umbrellas and you'll have a great time. I imagine it will be pretty quiet next January with the 50th celebration being over. The hot chocolate at DL will get you through. =)

However we didn't feel this was a problem as the park cleared out and we were walking on the rides and did HMH four times in a row no wait times! It worked out to be better while raining then when dry as the crowds were so heavy until the rains came!
