    We are from N CA and decided not to chance it on our last visit. We purchased hoppers from disneyland.com instead. I have heard of people being asked proof of id for residence. Also the Costco hoppers have a few blockout dates.

    Costco sold APs in the past (2 or 3 years ago maybe). I remember my parents bought them there. They were the regular price I think but you got a $50 gift card with it (so with 2 of them it covered the parking add-on).
