Cooked medium; ketchup, mayo, mustard, thin slice of tomato, thin red onion, a little lettuce. Give or take on the pickle - they are better on the side IMHO.

    2) Double-Western Bacon Cheeseburger, with the onion ring removed upon service.
3)Double-Double with cheese, plain. In-n-Out. But especially after a day at the outlet mall.
4)My husband's home-grilled burgers when used with Gelson's top ground sirloin. Plain, with cheese. Maybe some BBQ sauce.
5)The cheeseburger at the Jazz place at DTD.

My sixth place is a Wendy's or a Fatburger, both plain with cheese.

Oh, and I can't eat lettuce on a burger. Ever. Grosses me out.

    1) Red Robin BBQ burger with fried onion strings - yum!

    2) Fuddrucker's with only one slice of tomato...their tomatoes aren't that great but the burger rocks!

    3) Friday's - made the same as Sizzler's below but tastes a little better

    4) Sizzler's Mega Bacon Burger (cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato)

    5) Jack in the Box Ultimate Cheeseburger - just cheese please.

Carl's Jr cheeseburger... I think it's the happy or the famous star with ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickle

Jack in the Box Ultimate Cheeseburger (served as is)

I usually eat veggieburgers but once or twice a month I crave beef and those are my favorites.
