"terminar ser sentado por favor" means "to finish to be seated please" and that's the closest to real spanish words that means similar to "remain seated please"

"Permaneced" is the formal and polite way of saying "please" as opposed to "permanezca" which is the familiar form. It´s like the old "ye" and "thee" or "thou" or whatever that we all used to use back in olden days.

I actually think it´s a wonderful part of spanish grammar that has been maintained and is used constantly. It´s nice to be able to speak to someone who deserves a little more respect in a different way (elderly people for example).
