To me the word "cute" damns a film--I hear it used all the time, and it doesn't speak to whether it's a GOOD film. Overall? Much better than "Cars." Very cute.

The scripts are great but the voices and the delivery make it all come together perfectly. Please let your friend know that he has made given us lots of fun and enjoyment with his good work. I'm planning on taking the kids to see Happy Feet either next week or over winter break. It looks adorable and I'm very happy to see all the good words about it here.
Originally Posted By tapdancemom I took my 5 yr old grandson and daughter and we went opening day at noon. We had the entire theater to ourselves. Andre got up and danced through a lot of it. He had a ball. I loved the "dancing" and music and plan on making a mix of several of the tunes for my advanced tap class to perform to. I told them and most had already seen it and were excited to create and recreate some of what they saw on screen. I thought the movie was great for the whole family to enjoy together. Not something that happens to much outside of Disney movies these days.
