BUT who monitors this? I am on the wait list but am feeling like maybe I will be lucky if they can't sell it out at the last moment. Has anybody else wondered about this? I called early on the 6month window for MAy11-15. After Easter and Mothers Day and most spring breaks so what is up! I was able to get a standard room without a view but really wanted the view.So do they keep the best to try to sell to nonDVCers in hopes that they will be new targets to purchase into DVC? I really do not see any outlet for monitoring this scenario.

If you are not able to take advantage of the 11-month home resort window, you will likely have trouble getting a Boardwalk view almost any time of the year. Who monitors the waiting lists to make sure DVC is not withholding preferred views from owners? No one that I know of, but I am sure things are run as they should. If they were doing what you suggest it would undoubtedly become known. Disgruntled cast members are everywhere and they would not hesitate to rat out the mouse.

I just checked and it is the final weekend of the Flower&Garden festival so that explains no room with a view I guess.
