Some folks might say it's petty to bring up such a small thing. However it's not petty. It's only expecting the best from WDW. All these small things add up.

It's one of the little things that add to the complete Disney experience. It was always kind of fun coming back to the room, and seeing which little new animal was there. I'm a sucker for little things like that. I just wish they would vacuum, and change the bed sheets everyday also.

They aren't eliminating the lousy things. They are eliminating the little things that people enjoy. The over all experience is dimished with each removal of small items that so many of us find delightful. Their response in the past has been "In order to make the Guest experience more enjoyable we have decided to eliminate, fill in the blank". I have expelled waste from my body that contained more substance than some of their responsive have. Pardon my French.

And it's these little things that take the magic away when they're piled one on top of another. That's what Disney has been doing for years now, with a few upswings when things have been going really well. It's like they have managers and execs whose jobs it is, is to go find little things that increase the value of a visit for guests and make some magic and make them disappear.

And the Plaza potato salad is great. Next to leave will be the potato salad in Norway. My daughter celebrated her b-day this year at WL, she put her b-day button on the table that night, and the next day when she returned to her room, there was a cake with candles, all made from towels. Yes she took a picture.

(And would you believe it's a recordning) In order to serve you better we have reduced our hours (hours given about half of the old hours), and have introduced a central payment location (to replace 3 branch office). The new improved rates are in effect immediately (would you believe higher?). We thank you for your inquiry and understanding during this transition. Thank-you. (Click)

McDonalds is the best value in the parks and they are phasing them out. Also got a candy apple in DHS where the candy hadn't reached a high enough temp to become hard. It was impossible to eat because the candy would just stick to your teeth or the roof of your mouth. another guest walking by laughed at us and said " I've never seen a red carmel apple". I replied armmmmmmphatccccuuuundy aapppphfullll because my teeth and mouth were all stuck together.

Also, don't get me started about the price and portions at Food and Wine this year. About the only thing that wasn't too bad was the Strawbery shortcake but the Lobster Roll has gone up like $2 in the last 2 years and the apple struedel was a complete ripoff.
