The problem is that I also love Christmas in WDW, and I can't quite justify 2 trips from Dallas in a 3 month period. So this year's trip is at Christmas. And while I'll love all the decorations, festivities and music, it's just a spike in my heart to look at all of those amazing menus. I so want some chicken sha cha from China, or some shrimp on the barbie (a term no self-respecting Australian would actually use!), or some escargot from France, with a big cup of plum wine from Japan. Next year won't come soon enough!
