I am have Explorer 7 at the suggestion of Microsoft (they sent me an e-mail to upgrade) So is Explorer 6 the newer "Explorer" or is Explorer 7. I have not had any problems on any other sites and other people I know are not having problems getting onto Disneyland.com. I don't know what to do? Any info., suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure you will find that you have IE6 or above. Sometimes third party anti-virus or security software or pop-up blockers can keep certain websites from working the way they're supposed to. I've never had a problem with either IE6 or IE7 on the Disney site. I'm also a big fan of the Mozilla Firefox suggestion. I use it for *most* of my browsing but will admit that there are a few things I can do in IE that I can't in Firefox. Good Luck!

Firefox and IE each store cookies in their own proprietary cache therefore cookies stored in IE's cache will not affect Firefox in any way. Try clearing all IE's temporary internet files, the cookies and history. Do a cold reboot of your computer and try to access the Disney website again. If you still can't access the site, install Mozilla Firefox and see if you can connect with that browser. If you still can't connect, post the error message that comes up and we'll go from there.

So therefore, I am going to have to have my nephew help me with your suggestions. The good thing is that it really is only an annoyance because it is the only website I cannot access??? I can even access the Annual Pass portion but not the actual website itself. Really it is only a problem if I need to see the calendar but as I am not coming to Disneyland again until May, it really is not a problem until then. Now if I couldn't access LaughingPlace, then I would call in a professional immediately! Thanks again everyone. Once again you are all the greatest!

There is a blog site I frequent, and if a thread has over 300 posting FFox sometimes chokes and display struncated text.
