I have tried on a a couple of occasions and it hasn't worked (so I had to call). The problem is, the rates on the Hotel Availability Calendar on the website were significantly cheaper than the rates quoted over the phone.

Anyway, just curious to see if anyone has had better luck than me.

I tried that and had no luck. But then I complained to the DLR eCommerce team and they honored the rate via e-mail and gave me a special number to call.

But it would be so much easier if the booking portal worked.

I have my reservation confirmation on e-mail, so I am all set!

There are definitely some kinks in the system but it's great when it works.
