WDW occasionally refers to itself as the "Most Magical Place on Earth" which seems like a mouthful, so it's rarely used by regular people. Given how hastily written the article appears, it's not too surprising that it included that reference. I'm more surprised that they decided to go for such a wordy headline, when it really doesn't add any new information
