This weeks TIMES Guide has times to meet Buzzz, so they are scheduled meet and greets. As I mentioned earlier, since things change, the best option is to go to the Wait Board and get the latest when you arive in the park, they can even call a special hotline (for CM's only) that helps find characters in the resort.

You might have to look around to find him, but he's there. He was listed on the Times Guide for this last week, so check that when you get to the park, or ask in City Hall.
