She came back to me a little later with a clip board and asked if to join a tour of the Lily Belle. Of course I said "yes." I was seeing the 7:20 Lincoln and the tour was at 8 so the timing was perfect. It was lovely. And it was meant to be. When I first entered the park on Sunday the Lily Belle was sitting on the platform and I took a picture of her not knowing I'd be riding on her two days later.

I've often found that the CMs at Lincoln (and Hall of Presidents and the American Adventure in WDW) really know their stuff and go out of their way to make those little memories that help set Disney apart. Sounds like a great experience!

I thought they decided to only allow Club 33 members?

You can probably ask at Guest Services about a tour or a cast member at the Opera House. We were told they don't bring her out in the summer or when it's raining to protect the wood paneling

I asked if in exchange we could get a ride in the Lily Belle, but was told no. So no extra Magic for us. :(

We were given a re-entry passes for our trouble, which we never used.
