You can take the local bus that runs up and down Katella about every 30 minutes for $1.25 each way (OCTA route 50). But if all you want is some milk and juice, there are a few convience stores on Harbor, if you go all the way south to Katella, you will find a 7-11, but I know the Trpoicana hotel next door has a mini-market, but they know they have a captive market, so it is not cheap.
