But remember there were similar plans for Buzz Lightyear, and when management found out it had gotten out on the Internet they changed the plans ASAP to prevent a stampede of AP's. They may do the same thing for Monsters Inc., but maybe not since it's in DCA and that park needs to pull more of the weight for the next two weeks. Disneyland shut the turnstiles for a few hours on Saturday afternoon, but DCA didn't even reach it's estimated attendance goal.

What are DCA's estimates now anyways. I'm guessing they're not expecting more than like 5,000.

I wonder how many of those who are turned away from Disneyland and not bothering to head over to DCA are passholders who've already visted the newer park before and therefore may have a Disneyland-or-bust attitude, or are first-time visitors, particularly serious tourists, who are anxious to spend some time and money in a place developed by the DisCo, but for any number of reasons believe there are better alternatives to DCA?

I was there Sunday and TOT had a 10 minute line with all cars running, no empty seats.

The area looks wonderful. The sign has been removed from Hollywood and Dine and there is a wall in front. The Catering truck has been placed in front. It takes the edge off that "empty" area,

With all the work they did to make the area look better, don't ou think they could have spent a few bucks and had someone update this sign?

And while they were at it, made the Studio Store sign look better than the "blah" sign that is there now? I think that is the worst thing, you walk down Hollywood Blvd to the Hyperion or ToT, look to your left, and see all this nice new greenery, the fountain, etc... and you get the "blah" sign....
