We woke up bright and early and enjoyed a quiet breakfast around the pool at the CCI. I have to admit this was one of my favorite times during the day. It was just my family anticipating a day of fun.
We arrived at the gates at 8:30 and did a bit of shopping on Main Street. We also waiting in line to see Pluto. We covered TomorrowLand in no time. The boys beat the girls scores at Buzz so we owed them popcorn. Our most interesting experience was during Star Tours. We rode the entire ride without sound. The sound came on during the landing. A Cast Member came in and let everyone ride again and apologized. Alyssa and I hopped off. Star Tours makes me sick I wasn't about ready to ride it again! Carson thought it was the best!
Next was the Monorail to breakfast with Lilo and Stitch (more of our lunch). This character meal was fantastic. It was quiet, the place was empty, and we had a lot of time with Stitch. We ordered off the menu so the price wasn't too bad. I'll do it again!
We did a bit of shopping at the World Of Disney. Carson bought a skull and filled it with some fun items, and Alyssa bought a pen.
We entered DCA and rode Monsters Inc for the first time. We laughed several times at the bulletins before the ride. My family loved Monsters. Next was The Muppets. My children do not like the 3-D shows, but we took them anyway. My rule during this trip was to try everything once. They're older and might find they love it. Not the case with Muppets. We headed back to the CCI because we had a big surprise for the kids. I think we might of stopped for a yummy snack at the Candy Store. Alyssa and Carson begged the entire trip for a make their own pixie stick. They didn't get it this time........

We rested for about 1/2 hour before there was a knock on the door. I asked Carson to answer it because I was too tired to get up. He opened the door and there stood Grandma and Grandpa. His reply was, "what are you doing here?". Alyssa just sat on the bed with her mouth open. They couldn't believe Grandma and Papa were joining us! It was a classic moment that I'll never forget.
We unpacked Grandma and Papa and headed back to the parks. We took Grandma and Papa on Monsters, and Soarin'. The kids needed dinner so we grabbed a quick bite, and found a spot for the Block Party Bash. Carson was break dancing in the street. Next was bugs land. Alyssa was old enough to drive her own bumper car and was so proud of herself.
We said good-bye to my parents and headed back to the hotel. The kids really wanted to swim so we decided to call it a day. Grandma and Grandpa headed off to Disneyland!

    More To Come........

So that is great the memories they will have about this trip!
