On top of that, it's basically a Disneyland only type of thing - beside street fairs and such, you can't find Turkey legs at your local McDonalds. So 1. Tastes oh so good. Yuuuumy! 2. Special since only DL has it. 3. At "only" $7, it the best food deal at DL. It's your entire meal - it fills you up. 4. Health wise, except for the salt content, it's probably way better than a hot dog or hamburger.
