Originally Posted By Dabob2 I'm sure it's because I was just a kid when Laugh-In came on, but looking back now I didn't realize how young some of that cast was (when you're in the single digits, most adults seem middle-aged, I guess). But when Laugh-In premiered, he would only have been 34. (And Ruth Buzzi only 32, Jo Ann Worley only 31...) Maybe it was me being a kid, maybe it was because they often played older than they were (and Owens was intentionally made to look like an old-fashioned radio guy), but they always seemed older than their early 30's, even at the time.
