    IMO they're great in both locations. Last time I was there they were only at the Blue Bayou during lunch, but Cafe Orleans had them at lunch and dinner.

So - while it costs $6 less at the Cafe, in reality you get more at the BB (plus - since it's SO HUGE, if you do the split plate at the BB, EACH person gets the starter and the side dishes - so both of you can eat for under $30).
