I absolutely *love* the Pirate Mickey big fig!

Mickey is really cute, and I like the pirate ears, although I think the resort is going a little overboard on all the ears, and I want to see the coasters in person. And the playing cards are cute.

I just looked again, DH is going to nuts for the Liar's Dice. He likes the non-pirate themed version, and he loves Pirates.

And Disney really produced a button with a pirate on it that reads: 'Got Booty'?

I think it's a smart move to not make everything scream "Disney!"

A lot of the apparel is actually licensed by Consumer Products and not WDP&R exclusives. The Disney Ink & Paint brand (licensee) has produced a lot of it and it will be appearing in stores outside the parks.

DCP dropped the ball on the first movie and Andy Mooney is keen to make up for it this time! :)
