When it opens, it will be walk-up only. Priority Seating will start on July 1st. This is about the same as Cafe' Orleans. It is scheduled to open on June 9th, but will only be walk-up for the first week, as they train, and check turn-over times. Also, the first few weeks, you should assume that they will be taking less PS reservations than normal until they get the staff up to full speed, and they figure out the current turn-over times and capacity per hour. Once they figure it out, they will add more PS slots.

So I think it will be walk up and wait, though if they tell you that it is a 50 minute wait you should be able to go shopping and stuff, and come back about 1/2 hour later, in case the wait is shorter than expected.
