    Head injuries often produce the headache and nausea after the fact...the injury is often not visible on the outside. :(

    So very, very sad. I just wish the Post could ultimately be proven wrong, but *sigh* it's just not going to be the case, I'm afraid.

    It was an hour after the fall she began to feel ill and have a headache - it was later that it was then determined she was brain dead. I hope the post is wrong - but as a friend (x-ray tech) just told me - if you fall on packed snow it's like hitting your head on the sidewalk...

    I really hope the reports are wrong!
