Head injuries often produce the headache and nausea after the fact...the injury is often not visible on the outside. So very, very sad. I hope the post is wrong - but as a friend (x-ray tech) just told me - if you fall on packed snow it's like hitting your head on the sidewalk... I really hope the reports are wrong!
