Apparently Disney management feels that verbal complaints hold less water since they carry no physical presence and are often made hastily, while anyone who sends in a written complain is taken more seriously since they have the paperwork to deal with as well as the fact that the guest took the extra time to actually write something and send it in. Since this is the second year in a row that they have tried to skip out on the Christmas show, it pretty much leads one to conclude that they are ready to get rid of the show forever and may never bring it back if something isn’t done. So if you would like to see the Christmas version of the Country Bear Jamboree show brought back to the park then please send your written comments to: Guest Communications PO Box 10040 Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 You can also send an e-mail complaint as well, but know that the snail-mail method is the one taken most seriously. <a href="http://www.screamscape.com/html/wdw_-_magic_kingdom.htm" target="_blank">http://www.screamscape.com/htm l/wdw_-_magic_kingdom.htm</a>

Seems that I read somewhere in the past year or so that GR will listen to someone complain, thank them for their time, and move on to the next person. If this is true, then how can Disney say in good conscience that all of the complaints were only verbal, when that's exactly what they've been encouraging guests to do?

While it's cool duing October and even November, by the time the full holiday celebrations are in place, HMH looks really out of place. But it's always nice to get a throwback to Halloween, even if it was just a few weeks ago.

Also, I doubt that they are over target in expense reductions in very many departments at WDW. So, spending an extra $10K on that would mean that an extra $10K in cuts would have to be found elsewhere.

I'm talking about how cheap WDW is when allocating funds for things. Sometimes money is allocated for things and it winds up being spent on other stuff ... why don't you ask Phil Holmes what happened to the money approved three years ago to bring Mansion Holiday to the MK. It was spent, you know. But not on anything that improved guests' visits.
