I remember just a few years ago in maryland and virginia we were having sniper shootings (people were getting shotting right down the street and right across from my work) I walked to work every day and I always felt violated and this wasn't even my house. Our 3 TV's are analog and the computers are all over 6 years old. My camera's zoom lens keeps sticking. It is lucky your mother still has her sentimental things. I lost the bracelets I got in the hospital when my children were born. Those no doubt ended up in a dumpster. Hang in there. It will get better and I hope you get what you want when the insurance check arrives.
