I'm certain the restaurants in the hotels and in DTD can easily accomodate vegetarians, even if there isn't much listed on the menus.

Pasta is always a good choice, and Redd Rocket's in Tomorrowland as well as Pizza Oom Mow Mow (I think thats what it is called) both have good pasta choices, and pizza, too. There are also fruit carts for snacks if he tires of churros/popcorn, and yummy french fries. Taste Pilot's Grill in the entrance of DCA also has a really good salad...can't remember the name.

I packed a bunch of granola bars just in case things didn't work out. There are yogurt parfaits (if you do dairy) at Buzz Lightyear's. The Carnation Cafe had a good veggie sandwich if I recall. There are always PB & J sandwiches in the kids meals (no matter what your age). Whitewater Snacks had egg salad sandwiches. There are many restaurants with no vegetarian offerings at all. I would definately check things out ahead of time to avoid wandering the park from restaurant to restaurant when everyone is hungry.

DD always gets the pasta with marinara at The Plaza Inn. It's her favorite.

I'm remembering that Boudins or whatever it's called in DCA had breadbowls with broccoli cheese soup and I think a vegetarian chili.

I'm not sure of the recent menu at Casa "whatever" in Disneyland but since they make up the plate as you wait, I'm sure your son could have a vegetarian type soft taco there.

One of my sons is also a vegetarian so I always try to notice what is on the menu that he could eat :)

Looks like you are getting lots of ideas here. All the restaurants in DTD will also have plenty of variety for your son. He shouldn't have Boca Burgers coming out of his ears :)

Not sure if the Pacific Wharf cafe in DCA makes their salads to order...but those are really good salads in a bread bowl, and could probably be ordered without any meat.
