Food and Wine starts 10/1 this year (a bit later than the past few), but I'd expect these places up and running in the August-September 'free dining' time frame.

I think that it's a good time to open. That way they will have more people in for the food and wine fes.

Not like it was busy anyway, but still I think it's good timing.
