Watching those got me excited for new episodes, I love Mr. Monk and Disher, that guys was so cute last season I hope he continues to give us the good stuff this season. I mean while Dr. Kroger was kind of amazing and had a great relationship with Monk we dont know what kind of relationship Elizondo's character will have with Monk. I am guessing it will be great! I think they are going to turn this around and make Monk and his new doctor an awesome pair!

I'm sure he will fit in very well. In fact, since they did have to find someone new, I'm thrilled that that someone is Elizondo. I can't think of anyone who would have done better.

Very sad news and he will be missed but it will also be nice seeing Elizondo in this new role! I have a feeling he will thrive in it.

I also saw a short clip for tonights episode last night and it looks like Elizondo's character is going to have been a close friend with Dr. Kroger. So looks like it will be handled well! Monk said any monkey could do it as he was holding the number 16 upside down and calling it "91". lol I miss Dr. Kroger and his cool office with the fountain in the background. It was so soothing! I think Hector E. is doing a great job, tho, and the casting of him was terrific.
