They will be able to give you a list of places where you can find food, and what it is at each place. The list will include both parks, the hotels, and the Disney-owned restuarants in Downtown Disney (Marceline's Confectionary). If you're staying at one of the Disney-owned hotels, you could probably get the list at the front desk as well, so you don't have to spend time in the park doing it. When you get to the restuarant, you may need to tell them that you have an allergy and it may take a few minutes extra to prepare something special (as many of the dishes may not be on the official menu), but they can usually have it ready in about 5 min at the quick service places.
