I think why they is some confusion is down to some Asia news sites reporting that the park was going to speed up construction, to try and get a head start on the new Shanghai Disney Park. With the speed its taking them to construct Toy Story Land in Paris, its possible it could open in 2011.

Whether they are still the dates, and/or whether they will change in the future, I don't know.
