I'm unfortunately missing Doug Stanhope tomorrow night (sold out and yes, I'm kicking myself) but in January I'll be seeing Rodney Carrington and in February the Gabriel Iglesias tour. Earlier this year I saw Larry Wilmore (from The Daily Show) and Paul F. Tomkins and Kevin Nealon. Plus I see a fair number of local acts here in Austin at Cap City and other, smaller venues. Anyone else here like to laugh so much you go see your favorites?

He and his brother Marc were featured writers on 'In Living Color' in the latter seasons. Marc was the only one who performed on the show; I wish Larry had had the courage back then to also perform in his skits. What was he like as a stand-up? As funny as his bits on Daily Show?
