As an alternative, Disney will offer Florida school groups a special one-day, one-park ticket for $55 that's valid any time during the year"

Flash forward to 2011, and kids who live up here in the Central Valley, get on busses and head to Disneyland for Grad Night! What the heck! If Disney doesn't want to do it anymore, so be it. Probably more trouble than it's worth.

The night I was there, it was Kool and the Gang, Paul Revere and the Raiders and I can't remember who else. It was strange going to Disneyland wearing a coat and tie, but it was a really fun event.

They flew home, rested a few days, and then borded busses for WDW. Not a bad week.

Why do LP conversations regarding policy or service changes at WDW almost immediately turn into a contest between Disney and Universal? The whole WDW/Universal competition thing among fans here strikes me as being grossly overstated and extremely petty.
