    You know the Heffalump or Wuzzle that is supposed to shoot a smoke ring at your vehicle? Has this effect ever worked successfully? I remember seeing a behind-the-scenes at WDI show that demonstrated that smoke-ring effect before the dark ride opened, and it worked fabulously (ahh, the magic of television). But the last few times I rode, the effect seemed pretty weak. Has it always been this way?
