I think Disneyshopping has most of the same costumes as the park. You may want to order one or stop into a Disneystore before you go - that way if you don't find what you want at the park you have a back up - you can always return the Store purchase if you do it before halloween - the Disneyshopping.com can also go back to the disneystore now and they will take the costumes back until halloween.

The shipping and the duty makes it quite a bit more expensive and we have found that predicting the sizing to be quite difficult too. I ordered some stuff last Christmas and was really pleased with the ornaments but although I used all the same sizing charts, some of the clothes fit and some just did not work. Returning the stuff is a real big hassle for me. It is nice to know that stuff can be returned to the Disney Store but since we are leaving on the 14th, ordering anything now would not work. But good to know for the future.

We had no problems finding an Ariel costume for our little princess but Skellington is not there. Ending up getting one from the Disney Outlet in Vegas for him.
