There's two sides to every story, and two sides to every divorce. While Heather Mills may have been in movies, what does that have to do with who she is now and what she does? I don't get the sense that Paul McCartney is a sweetheart by any stretch of the imagination. I thought the 'one legged' comment was out of line and in poor taste.

Only if the marriage was long term (10+) and one spouse stayed home or did volunteer work should there be spousal support - and only until the non working spouse could find adaquate work - If they had the agreement before children that the non working parent would stay home and raise the children(not the nannies) then maybe the spousal support should be extended long enough for the child to become an adult - but if you already have a nanny then the non-earning spouse should get a job...JMO...

Well, ever since she was extremely willing to use it as a gimmick each and every week she was on that show "Dancing With The Stars", I figured she and her leg were fair game. If you want to color something as distasteful, to me, that would be it. And no one saying McCartney is an angel, either. No one ever has, especially him, He's freely admitted ever since he was first asked about it, he got into music to bag as many women as he could. However, he's steadfastly refused to talk about her ever since their separation, and she can't shut up. Beatles music still sells extremely well. I don't pretend to know what Britain's divorce laws are like and to portion of his earnings she'd be entitled to, if any, but I do know lawyers a little. When settlement talks break down and a few days later, her lawyers leave not too long after the publicist left because she wouldn't listen to him, then it isn't too much of a stretch to say she's not being reasonable and she's nothing more than a gold digger.
