I find it amazing that people will go into the restaurant business (which is very difficult) with absolutely no knowledge at all about it. And, oddly enough, the end up failing.

I don't know if this is the British production, but it appeared to have the same premise as that show. Gordon Ramsey goes around to failing resturants and reorganizes them. I know I'll watch a few episodes.
