Lately I've been playing a lot of Destroy All Humans! 2. I bought it as a Greatest Hits collection, oh a month or so ago.

If I had the room on here, or even my own computer, I'd probably get one of the newer Sim City or other Sim games (not "The Sims" per se) or the "Tycoon" ones.

You know what's really sad? You think, I'll just play for a little while, and before you know it three hours have gone by. That game's crazy addictive.

That's ok, SuzieQ. Tetris is still a classic. The Gameboy version was a real timekiller and that one tune they had on there I thought was really good. I used to play Super Tetris on the Mac 15 years ago, with the little bombs. Really neat.

Speaking of Prince of Persia, that was the last time I played it was on a Mac. Using the keyboard for the controls. It was pretty neat. Running then jumping to grab onto ledges and avoid the spikes below.

My main game is City of Heroes/Villains and World of Warcraft, but once a week or so I get burned out on those. I go old school when that happens.

Last night I played my all time favorite hands down... Laura Croft in Tomb Raider-Legends. I have played all Tomb Raiders since the beginning, and have beaten them. I think the thing that draws me to TR is the element of "problem solving." I LOVE problem solving and TR combines that in the form of a "puzzle" aproach, action (arcade and RPG), and levels with a boss. Combine all those (you hard corr gamers know what I mean) and add a really nice "third person" view ;) ;) ;) and that does it for me!

Also, I just got Bioshock for the PC, so I will see what that's all about this weekend.

Now, going really old school, I have upright arcade games in my basement of the following... Tempest, Galaga, Defender, Ms Pac, Tron, Pheonix, Gauntlet 2, Gauntlet Legends, Frogger, and my pride and joy, an original Space Invaders. These are all original in dedicated cabinets, except for the Ms pacman, which is a total bootleg in an old Qix machine. I also have a Maverick, The Movie Pinball Machine, but the digital display is bad and Williams is no longer around, so I cant fix it, but the pinball action is still huge fun.
