I'm not a huge fan of cornbread either, but I thought the cornbread was ok here. My husband loves cornbread but he wasn't too keen on it here. All in all, I liked it a lot, and it's definitely something I'd have again. I had thought the value of the dish to be very good.....no way I could have finsihed it all myself... Thank Goodness for 14 year old boys.. My daughter had the Chicken salad and LOVED it. Tony had the ribs and chicken and thought it to be quite smallish for the price. I forget what DS had since the fight for my chicken was on!!!!!
