Originally Posted By -em I respectfully disagree in the whole memorial thing as well quite frankly life needs to goes on and the true legacy should be a safer train design, a safer operating environment for both cast and guests and return to the upmost respect towards safety and responsibility that was not followed that night. If we keep living in the past we will never have new memories- I selfishly hope this means we'll get new safer Mark VIIIs sooner rather than later... (I have Mark VII envy!) -em

The most blatant ads in the old days were mostly for sponsors who helped fund the attractions. Now the commercials (which this most certainly is) are all about Disney. In a way it's kind of disgusting.

I certainly can't image Disney allowing a corporate sponsor to plaster their brand over one of their ride vehicles or transportation systems in such a tacky way. That train resembles a public bus now.
