No, I don't know what the actual pay is, but I'm told it's competitive, and of course it varies based on experience. The store is on Disney property, so standards for service and cleanliness are high. The perqs include free admission to Disneyland (with some restrictions--think of it as a free AP) and access to some CM-exclusive benefits (Partners credit union, Company D, CM holiday party, free movie screenings). Be aware, though, that Compass Books & Cafe is NOT owned or operated by Disney. Compass employees are NOT Cast Members. Do NOT apply at the Casting Center for this job.
