And personally, I don't start decorating for Christmas until Thanksgiving (at the absolute earliest) and I'm sick of it by the time everything comes down. I just don't see how they can stand to be so merry for so long.

    We were there Thursday 10/27 & I saw X-mas stuff out at the hotel. The cast member told me that they just put it out that day. In DL they didn't put the merchandise out until 10/28.

    In some circles that is considered way too early.

    I always put up the live tree right by the fireplace the day after Labor Day. And I always take it down by Valentine's Day...well maybe Easter. As far as the outside lights, I haven't taken them down since 1992.
