I need to save some of these so I can look back on them in a couple of years when I've seen the finished product in real life.

The entire park just looks depressing right now... too many walls and construction projects.

By the way, are the purists on here going to complain that we can see Radiator Springs from all over the park, like they did with the Maliboomer and the power lines? Or Flick's Fun Fair and the Hollywood Tower?

Yes, the Cadillac Range is shaped like tailfins, but if you only see bits of it peeking over other stuff, it might look less sculptural. I'm really more concerned about seeing the steel structure from Paradise Pier than seeing the rocks from Buena Vista Street.

Plus, it's way shorter than the Maliboomer. And I don't think you'll be able to see it from Frontierland.

I don't see it as depressing at all. It is an exciting opportunity to see the transformation happening. That is actually what compels me to visit DCA as much as I do! It is an opportunity to watch "history" in the making. I watched DCA being built as it originally rose out of the old parking lot. How many times in one's life do you get to see a new Disney park being built? And, getting to see one rebuilt to this extent is unprecedented. (Something I hope never has to happen again.) Even if one is not here to watch it happening in person, as I am lucky to be, it is still a rare opportunity to watch history happen via the photos and reporting on the fan site.

Really, this is a great time for park goers as both companies have no problem thinking and spending big in trying to make their products better and more attractive to the public. IOA with Potter shows that big strides can be made with a compelling new addition so you will have to figure both companies will continue in their battle for market share.

Again, great time to be around if you enjoy theme parks as there is new major stuff every year or two.
